1. 7-Day Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 7-day guarantee from the date of purchase for all our digital courses. If within this period you are not satisfied, request a full refund.
2. How to Request
To request a refund, send an email to contato@rubiale.com.br with the subject "Refund Request", providing your name, purchase email, and the reason. The refund will be processed within 5 business days.
3. Exceptions
No refund for: (a) workshops and live events already held; (b) individual mentoring already started; (c) purchases made more than 7 days ago. Free content is not subject to refund.
4. Refund Method
The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase (credit card or PIX) and may take 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on the card issuer.
5. Access Cancellation
After the refund, your access to the portal and course materials will be revoked immediately.
